Flax Seed and Cottage Cheese: The Healing Combination for Diabetes, Psoriasis, Eczema, Heart Disease, Arthritis and More

While both cottage cheese and flaxseed are both very nutritional on their own, the combination of the two are believed by some to contain extremely powerful healing properties.  Some specialists, like the German bio-chemist Johanna Budwig, believe it can even cure cancer. She was a famous doctor who has been nominated for the Nobel price in Medicine 6 times. During  her life, she helped 90% of her cancer patients. Evidence is UNDENIABLE: Smart meters cause massive changes to the heart

I remember, as a kid, the sound of the meter-man coming to read out utility meter.  He had a huge key chain on his waste with what looked like 100’s of keys.  You could hear it jingle from down the block.  I particularly remember the meter-man because my dog Benji (who was the sweetest people dog ever) would turn crazy and wild to get the meter-man (my dad said Benji was maced by a meter-man as a puppy and desperately wanted revenge).

The Most Alkalizing Food for Your Body to Prevent Disease and Illness

There are a lot of factors that determine our optimal health. These include hydration, temperature, nutrient profile, and pH. The pH means “potential of hydrogen” and is a measurement of hydrogen ions in a certain solution. The pH scale is a way of telling whether something is acidic, neutral, or alkaline. In your body, a specific balance of acid to alkaline is required.

But why is this required? Our bodies are designed to function within a very narrow pH range, which is around 7.365,  making it more alkaline. The pH scale goes from 0 to 14. A pH of higher than 7 is alkaline, a pH less than 7 is acidic, and a pH of 7 is neutral.
