INGREDIENTS
- 2–3 large beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp dried basil (find it here)
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, roughly chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Top with Parmesan, oregano, basil. salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.
- Bake for about 10 -15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with the fresh chopped Italian parley.
