As you can see, losing your belly fat is not only important for physical appearance, but for overall health and longevity.
The Drink that Burns Body Fat, Balances pH in your body and reduces toxins
Below is a simple recipe (and the properties of each ingredient that induce weight loss) and exercises to help burn body fat, alter Ph balances in your body, reduce toxins that are stored in your body fat and give you more energy for exercise and even sexual health.
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
12 leaves of mint
9 cups of water
Cut the lemon and cucumber into very fine slices. Add the these with the water and other ingredients into a large container. Mix well and allow to rest in the refrigerator for 1 day. The following day, remove from the refrigerator and pour it into a jar with a lid for storage. It is best to consume on an empty stomach or at night before bed.
